Shantel Frost The Weak-Willed, a Mind Flayer Arcanist is here. The Vampires are the soldiers of Shantel Frost The Weak-Willed. She is trying to recover The Political Customer.

The Political Customer looks like a warm monument. Air slides towards it. When gazed upon it projects energy.

There are two Vampire Spawns here. The floor is bloodstained. The air smells like chive here. The Vampires are performing a ritual. If not interrupted, a powerful monster will be summoned.
