Overview

Decum Haemam is located in a broken mountain. Some rooms of Decum Haemam are unbearably cold. The ruin is collapsing slowly. It is occupied by Pixies. Deon Cutler The Nervous, a Bearded Devil is here. The Pixies are the minions of Deon Cutler The Nervous. He is founding a new religion.
