Overview

Dammwi is located under a volcanic mountain. Some areas of Dammwi are flooded. The ruin is burning. It is occupied by Ogres. Marcene Rodriguez The Conservative, a Drow Priestess of Lolth is here. The Ogres are the minions of Marcene Rodriguez The Conservative. She is trying to exploit The Blank Carbon.

The Blank Carbon has the form of a warm orb. Fire shifts from it. It is a medium blue color. When thrown it levitates those nearby.
