Overview

Cess is located under a poisoned city. Some rooms of it are corrupted. A blizzard is happening outside. It is occupied by Kuo-Toa. Lilliana Phelan The Overemotional, a Cloud Giant is here. The Kuo-Toa are battling Lilliana Phelan The Overemotional. She is founding a new religion.

Icmuhefimaed Icwi

Icmuhefimaed Icwi is a powerful artifact in the shape of a wet cube. It smells like bergamot. It is a sickly gray color. Water slides away from it. When cradled it becomes a force of destiny.
